When you use TinyPDF as a free user, we only store your IP address temporarily to enforce daily usage limits. We do not create user accounts for free users.
When you subscribe to TinyPDF Pro, Paddle processes your payment. We store your email address and subscription ID to manage your subscription.
Your PDF files are uploaded to our server solely for processing (compression, merging, splitting, converting, and other PDF operations). Files are automatically deleted within 1 hour of processing. We do not read, analyze, or store the content of your files beyond what is necessary for the requested operation.
We use essential cookies only: a session token for admin access and localStorage for tracking your daily free usage count.
All traffic is encrypted via TLS/SSL. Files are stored in isolated temporary directories with automatic cleanup. Our server is protected by a firewall and follows security best practices.
You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hi@tinypdf.app.
